During my one-night stay at Couper Castello, I was immediately struck by the impeccable service provided by Melanie, the receptionist, who made check-in effortless and welcoming. the tranquility and comfort of the room, with its high-quality bed and soundproofing, ensured a restful night's sleep-a rare find in bustling Milan. the seamless self-check-in process, a nod to modern convenience, added a touch of innovation to the traditional Italian charm of the building facing the majestic Sforza castle. the strategic location, within a stone's throw of key attractions and public transport links, perfectly complemented the hotel's thoughtful amenities. Overall, Couper Castello not only met but exceeded my expectations, earning my wholehearted endorsement for a memorable and relaxing stay in Milan.
